MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR ORDER APPOINTING AN OFFICIAL COMMITTEE OF BORROWERS

Pending before the Court is a Motion for an Order Appointing an Official Committee of Borrowers Pursuant to Section 1102(a)(2), filed by Homeowners,1 who argue that their interests are underrepresented in the Debtor’s bankruptcy. (“Motion,” ECF Doc. # 1264.
