Before the Court is the appeal filed on February 15, 20111 of the Judgment of the Magistrate dated February 15, 2011, which ruled in favor of the Plaintiff/Respondent Joseph Yutzy and against Petitioner Mohammad Salem, owner of Super Max Convenience Store.
