HODGE, Chief Justice. Appellant Richie Fontaine appeals from the Superior Court’s June 4, 2010 Judgment and Commitment, which adjudicated him guilty of numerous offenses stemming from a March 7, 2009 shooting at a night club located in the East End of St. Thomas.
