Plaintiffs own a home in Hood River, Oregon that is currently scheduled for a trustee’s sale. Plaintiffs filed suit against defendants BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP1 (BAC) and ReeonTrust Company, *1320N.A. (ReconTrust) for breach of contract and declaratory relief.
