Over four days beginning on January 24, 2012, the Court conducted a jury trial of the claim by plaintiffs Layne Christensen Company (“Layne”) and Arup SenGupta against defendant Bro-Tech Corporation, d/b/a The Purolite Company (“Purolite”) for infringement of Claims 1, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 13 of U.S. Patent No. 7,291,578 (“the Patent”).
