Plaintiff is a homeowner alleging to be the victim of a predatory lending scheme perpetrated by Defendants. Now pending is Defendant Stanley S. Silva’s (“Silva”) Motion to Dismiss (# 3), Plaintiffs Motion to Add Indispensable Party (# 10), and Defendants America Servicing Company’s (“ASC”) Motion to Dismiss (# 11). The motions are ripe and we now rule on them.
