Plaintiffs, current and former transportation “ticket agents” for defendants, bring this collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and class action under sections 190 and 650 et seq. of the New York State Labor Law (“NYS Labor Law”) alleging that defendants failed to pay them overtime.
