In the instant action, Plaintiff Directory Assistants, Inc., (“Plaintiff’) seeks to sue Defendants Supermedia, LLC, Alejandro Caro, Steven Sapaugh, and Scott E. Duffy (“Defendants”) for alleged tortious interference with business expectancy and defamation. Plaintiff also seeks a permanent injunction.
