The plaintiff, Dennis C. Crowley, brought this lawsuit alleging that defendants OS Restaurant Services, Inc. and Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC (collectively “Outback” or “defendants”) terminated his employment on the basis of his age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. 621 et seq.
