MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case, alleging race discrimination and retaliation, comes before the court on *1247Defendant Noland Health Services, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment. (Doc. 18). The Plaintiff did not respond to the Motion. For the reasons stated below, the court finds that Defendant’s Motion is due to be GRANTED in its entirety.
