THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Class Certification (DE # 202), filed March 9, 2012. Therein, Plaintiff Abby seeks to certify a class against Defendant Paige to seek damages for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.
