Before the Court is a motion by defendants NIR Group, LLC and Corey Ribotsky (collectively, “defendants”) to compel, inter alia, production of documents from plaintiff, Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). See Mot. to Compel Disc., Docket Entry (“DE”) [34] (“Motion to Compel”).
