This matter is before the Court after Defendant, Orange Lake Country Club, Inc., filed its motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ complaint as moot. Moreover, Plaintiffs filed a motion for conditional certification of a collective action, as well as a motion for leave to file an amended complaint.
