This court is once again called upon to consider a challenge to a Louisiana abortion law that the state’s abortion providers claim singles them out as a disfavored class of medical providers and, among other constitutional defects, has the purpose and effect of creating an undue burden on their patients’ rights to choose to terminate their pregnancies.
