Richard Figueroa-Santiago challenges his conviction and sentence for using electronic communication to further the interest of a criminal gang. He entered a negotiated no contest plea to the offense, which is a violation of section 874.11, Florida Statutes, and the trial court sentenced him pursuant to agreement to two years’ probation.
