ISHEE, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Brien Blakeney was convicted of driving under the influence in the Stark-ville Municipal Court. He appealed that decision to the Oktibbeha County Circuit Court. All parties then agreed to nonad-judication; nonetheless, the trial judge entered an order finding Blakeney guilty. From that ruling, Blakeney appeals.
