We grant Anamaria Santiago’s Motion for Rehearing, withdraw our prior opinion filed on March 20, 2013, and substitute the following in its place.

Mauna Loa Investments, LLC (“Mau-na”), appeals from a final judgment entered in favor of Anamaria Santiago (“Santiago”) after a default was entered against it and a jury trial conducted on damages.
