TAYLOR, J.

Appellant Edward Golden, the curator of the Estate of Katherine Jones, appeals a final order striking a claim filed against the Estate of Harry Bruce Jones. We reverse, because the trial court erred in determining that the claim was untimely without first determining whether the claimant was a known or reasonably ascertainable creditor.
