concurring.

| |J concur with the majority’s decision to affirm the- convictions of Winters in this case. I write separately because I believe the circuit court abused its discretion in excluding the testimony of Lewis.

The majority concludes that the testimony was properly excluded because the testimony implicated both Winters and Jo-hansen, as accomplices.
