ORDER

Quan Jiang, a 37 year-old native of China living in the United States without authorization, seeks relief from removal. He told an immigration judge that he left his home country after police discovered him at a house church, detained and beat him, and ordered him to perform manual labor. He fears persecution by the Chinese government based on his religion (Christianity).
