Raphael Ware pursues claims against Supreme Beverage Company, Inc. (“SBC”) for discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and § 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866.1 See doc. 1.
