This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs Motion for Remand (Doc. # 15) filed on April 29, 2013. Defendant filed a Response (Doc. # 17) on May 13, 2013. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is granted.

Plaintiff filed a one count Complaint in state court asserting a claim under the Florida Whistleblowers Act, Fla. Stat. § 448.102.
