OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Kathryn Bielski fell from the attic of a house she was renting, landing on the concrete floor of her garage. She brought this suit against defendant Alfred Saliba Corporation, the company which built the house. She claims that her fall was the result of the company’s negligent and wanton lack of care in constructing the attic.
