ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint on the basis of the doctrine of forum non conveniens. Accepting the well-pleaded factual allegations as true, this Court finds the private and public interest factors weigh against dismissal of this case.
