On November 2, 2011, the Relator Alan Siegel (the “Relator” or the “Plaintiff’), a former sales executive for the Defendant Roche Diagnostics Corporation (“Roche Diagnostics”), filed this qui tarn action against Roche Diagnostics and its alleged alter ego, Roche Holding AG.
