The American Diabetes Association appeals from the trial court’s order denying its Motion to Intervene in an interpleader action filed by Charles Schwab & Company, Inc. (Schwab) for the purpose of determining the rightful beneficiary of an individual retirement account owned by Alan J. McEntee (the Decedent) and held by Schwab.
