ALTENBERND, Judge.

William Crescenzo appeals an order denying his “Motion to Direct Chief Financial Officer to Return Funds to Court.” This case is similar to Crescenzo v. Atwater, No. 2D12-3092 (Fla. 2d DCA Apr. 23, 2014), which we issue on this same date. Again, this court concludes that the motion was properly denied but for reasons other than those contained in the order on appeal.
