| defendant, Kyle Everett, appeals his convictions by an Orleans Parish Criminal Court of attempted possession of Alprazo-lam (Xanax) and attempted possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, asserting that the trial court erred when it failed to grant his Motion to Suppress and his Motion for New Trial.
