I respectfully dissent to the majority’s conclusion that the County of Beaver (County) is entitled to recover the sum of $44,050.00 from Myron R. Sainovich (Sai-novich) for services Sainovich rendered as an interest arbitrator. I believe that Sai-novich did not violate Section 901 of The County Code,1 16 P.S.
