Rebecca Wachter appeals the circuit court’s judgment removing her as the beneficiary of her deceased ex-husband, Kevin N. Merritt’s, rollover individual retirement account (Fidelity IRA) and substituting his estate as the beneficiary. Wachter asserts five points on appeal.
