T1 Defendant Kurt Holbrook Jr. appeals the district court's denial of his motion to reduce the degree of his convictions. We affirm.

12 On March 8, 2006, Defendant pled guilty to two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, both third degree felonies. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-401 (LexisNexis 2008).
