BILLINGS, Senior Judge:

11 Jeanette Victoria Millward appeals from the denial of her motion to withdraw her plea in abeyance. We dismiss her appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

12 As Millward recognizes, "[the law is well-settled that, because there has been no final judgment, a direct appeal cannot be taken from a plea in abeyance agreement." State v.
