Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed October 9, 2012, which ruled that claimant violated Workers’ Compensation Law § 114-a and dis*851qualified her from receiving further workers’ compensation benefits.

Claimant sustained a work-related injury to her left hand in February 2010 and was awarded workers’ compensation benefits.
