¶ 1 This is a special action review of an Industrial Commission of Arizona (“ICA”) award and decision upon review denying temporary partial disability benefits to petitioner Linda Bell. The issue presented is whether the “waiting period” established by Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) section 23-1062(B) has been satisfied.
