Defendant Nina Jafari (“Defendant”) is charged with five counts of healthcare fraud allegedly in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1347. (Dkt. 1). Trial was scheduled to commence on June 17,, 2014. (Dkt. 39). On May 18, 2014, Defendant’s attorney, Robert Ross Fogg, Esq. (“Mr. Fogg”), *293filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. (Dkt. 50).
