This is a patent infringement case concerning allegations of both direct and indirect infringement. Plaintiff Lugus IP, LLC contends that Defendants Volvo Car Corporation and Volvo Cars of North America, LLC have infringed U.S. Patent No. 5,806,926 (the “'926 patent”).
