THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the Motion for Summary Judgment, ECF No. [34] (the “Motion”), filed by Defendant B & R Supermarket, Inc. (“Defendant”). This action arises under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”).
