' Petitioner Armando Cazarez-Santos (“Cazarez”), a Mexican citizen, pled guilty pursuant to a plea agreement to one count of transporting illegal aliens and aiding and abetting, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) and (v)(II), and judgment was entered against him on December 19, 2012.
