The government has appealed from this court’s order precluding it “from admitting any evidence regarding a particular blood alcohol result” in an upcoming trial. Order (March 13, 2014). It makes two arguments concerning the court’s action. First, it says the court abused its discretion in ordering exclusion of the blood alcohol results.
