Ralph G. Brathwaite, Jr., was convicted of several crimes relating to the rape of his minor daughter. He asserts that during trial his constitutional rights were violated, that the evidence was insufficient to convict him of the crimes charged, and that his sentences were imposed in violation of territorial law.
