THIS MATTER comes before the Court on: (i) the Letter from Willis J. Yazzie, Sr. to Judge James 0. Browning, sent June 7, 2013, filed June 10, 2013 (Doc. 113)(“Mo-tion to Reconsider”); (ii) the Defendant’s Motion to Withdraw Plea of Guilty, filed November 29, 2011 (Doc.
