In this interlocutory appeal, we decide whether the trial court abused its discretion in denying a motion in which two defendants sought to compel the plaintiff to arbitrate his claims in reliance upon an arbitration clause in a heavily redacted copy of a settlement agreement that the plaintiff did not sign.
