4 1 Kentucky Bluegrass Contracting, LLC (KBC) filed this action for breach of contract and duty of good faith and fair dealing (bad faith) against The Cincinnati Insurance Company (Insurer) after the latter denied KBC's 'claim for coverage and a defense in a federal action. KBC now appeals a trial court order sustaining Insurer's motion for summary judgment.
