¶ 1 Defendant; Gilbert Arturo Naranjo, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on jury verdicts finding him guilty of two counts of felony menacing. He contends that the trial court erred in'declining to instruct the jury on the lesser non-included offense of disorderly conduct with a deadly weapon.
