Appellants Gulf Coast Asphalt Company, L.L.C. and Trifinery, Inc. (collectively, Gulf Coast) bring this permissive interlocutory appeal of a partial summary judgment in their legal malpractice action against appellees Russell T. Lloyd, John M. O’Quinn & Associates, L.L.P., and John *541M. O’Quiim & Associates, P.L.L.C. (collectively, the Lawyers).
