This is a health care liability case. The issue in this interlocutory appeal is the adequacy of the expert report filed by the Garcias, who sued Tenet Hospitals, Ltd. d/b/a Providence Memorial Hospital (Providence) and others over the death of Armando Garcia. The trial court denied Providence’s challenge to the preliminary expert report served by the Garcias.
