In this miscellaneous proceeding to revoke letters of cotrusteeship issued to Nancy Silberkleit (Nancy) for the trusts under the will of Michael I. Silberkleit, petitioner Samuel J. Levitin (Samuel), Nancy’s cotrustee, moves for an order directing that she submit to a psychiatric examination. Nancy opposes the motion.
