Keith Dodds, an at-will employee who worked as a soil driller for Terracon Consultants, was fired for refusing to work over a weekend. Dodds contends thát a United States Department of Transportation regulation barring employees from driving commercial vehicles after working 60' hours in 7 days prevented him from working that weekend.
