Michael Wayne Reynolds appeals the circuit court's summary dismissal of his petition for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala. R.Crim. P., in which he attacked his October 2007 convictions on five counts of capital murder. See §§ 13A-5-40(a)(2), 13A-5-40(a)(10), and 13A-5-40(a)(15), Ala.Code 1975.
