| ¿This is the second appeal filed by defendant, Brandon Robinson. Defendant was convicted on two counts of distribution of cocaine in violation of La. R.S. 40:967(A). In this appeal, he argues his sentence on Count 1 is unconstitutionally excessive, and further notes the trial court failed to sentence him on Count 2 following remand from this Court.
